<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li>Se fierb macaroanele in apa multa clocotita, cu sare, intr-un vas mai mare. Se scurg, se clatesc cu apa rece si se reincalzesc cu unt.Sunca taiata in patratele mici si se prajesc putin se potriveste de sare, piper macinat, se adauga 1-2 oua, verdeata taiata foarte marunt, se amesteca bine.</li>
<li> Se adauga carnea astfel pregatita in macaroane impreuna cu sosul tomat, sare, piper, se amesteca se aseaza intr-o tava,se niveleaza pe deasupra si se presara cu cascaval ras. Se introduc in cuptor unde se tin pana se vor rumeni frumos. Se pot servi si cu sos tomat pe deasupra.</li>

<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Se curata ciupercile, se spala, se taie in felii si se calesc in ulei impreuna cu ceapa taiata marunt. Cand zeama lasata de ciuperci a scazut, se adauga sare, piper, smantana amestecata cu faina, se da totul in clocot si se lasa sa se raceasca.</li>
<li>Sunca se taie subtire, se adauga la ciuperci si se amesteca totul. Se cerne faina intr-un castron, se adauga 2-3 oua, putina sare si se amesteca subtiindu-se cu lapte caldut, pana ce compozitia devine ca o smantana groasa.</li>
<li>Se pune la infierbantat bine o tigaie cu putin ulei, se toarna deasupra cam 50-60 g compozitie, miscandu-se tigaia ca sa se intinda aluatul pe toata suprafata tigaii. Dupa ce s-a rumenit pe o parte se intoarce foaia pe cealalta parte.</li>
<li>Cu aceasta compozitie se umplu foile de clatite, care se ruleaza, se pun intr-o tava unsa, se stropesc cu unt, se presara cu cascaval ras si se introduc in cuptor lasandu-se pana se rumeneste cascavalul.</li>

Se pune la infierbantat bine o tigaie cu putin ulei, se toarna deasupra cam 50-60 g compozitie, miscandu-se tigaia ca sa se intinda aluatul pe toata suprafata tigaii.</li>
<li>Dupa ce s-a rumenit pe o parte se intoarce foaia pe cealalta parte.  Carnea se curata de vine, se spala, se taie in bucati si se trece prin masina de tocat. Intr-o tigaie cu ulei se caleste ceapa taiata marunt si cand s-a calit putin se adauga carnea tocata si impreuna se mai calesc 20-25  min, dupa care se lasa sa se racoreasca si apoi se da din nou prin masina de tocat.</li>
<li>Se potriveste de sare, piper macinat, se adauga 1-2 oua, verdeata taiata foarte marunt, se amesteca bine. Carnea si foile de clatite se aseaza alternativ, intr-o forma rotunda unsa cu unt, clatite si straturi de umplutura de carne. Deasupra se stropeste cu unt sau cu oua batute cu smantana si se introduce in cuptor. Se mai poate presara cu cascaval ras pe deasupra si se coace pana se rumeneste frumos.</li>

<li>Intr-o tigaie cu ulei se caleste ceapa taiata marunt si cand s-a calit putin se adauga carnea tocata si impreuna se mai calesc 20-25  min, dupa care se lasa sa se racoreasca si apoi se d din nou prin masina de tocat.</li>
<li>Se potriveste de sare, piper macinat, se adauga 1-2 oua, verdeata taiata foarte marunt, se amesteca si se umplu foile de clatite. Clatitele umplute se ruleaza, se aseaza intr-o tava unsa, se stropesc cu unt si se introduc in cuptor sa se rumeneasca putin. Se servesc cu sos de rosii sau cu smantana pe deasupra.</li>

<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li>Carnea se taie marunt si se inabusa cu ceapa taiata feilii, intr-o cratita cu ulei. Cand carnea s-a muiat, se potriveste de sare, piper si se da de doua ori prin masina de tocat. Separat, intr-o cratita se incalzeste untul, se adauga faina, se amesteca pe foc domol si cand faina s-a incins putin se stinge cu lapte, apoi se fierbe in continuare, amestecandu-se pana se ingroasa sosul.</li>
<li>Se lasa sa se raceasca putin, se adauga 2 oua, carnea tocata, se sareaza si se pipereaza, se amesteca si se imparte compozitia in bucati de 30-50 g.</li>
<li>Acestora li se da forma de crochete cilindrice, lungi de 4-5 cm, care se dau prin ou batut, se tavalesc in pesmet si se pun la prajit in ulei bine incins. In timpul prajitului, crochetele trebuie mereu intoarse ca sa nu se arda pe o parte. Se pot prepara crochete si din restruri de friptura sau din carne fiarta. Se servesc cu garnitura dupa gust si stropite cu unt topit.</li>

<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li>Se dizolva drojdia cu laptele caldut, intr-un lighenas.Se adauga faina cernuta, smantana, untul moale, zaharul, sarea, se amesteca bine si se lasa sa se odihneasca 2-3 ore.</li>
<li>Se pune apoi aluatul pe o suprafata cu faina, se intinde o foaie de circa 0,5 cm grosime si se decupeaza in triunghiuti. In mijlocul acestora se pune cate o lingurita cu umplutura de carne. Carnea se prepara astfel: se taie in bucati mici si se inabusa intr-o cratita cu ulei, ceapa taiata felii subtiri si sare.</li>
<li>Se stinge cu putina apa si se lasa sa fiarba. Dupa ce a fiert si a scazut bine, se trece de doua ori prin masina de tocat.Se adauga ouale, sare, piper si se amesteca. Se ruleaza apoi aluatul, dandu-li-se forma de cornulete si apoi se lasa 20-30 min la loc caldut ca sa creasca, dupa care se ung cu ou batut si se introduc in cuptorul inalzit potrivit; se coc pana se rumenesc frumos.</li>

<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li> Din faina cu ulei, otet, sare si apa cat cuprinde se framanta aluatul potrivit de moale, fara sa fie lipicios.Se intinde o foaie de subtire si rotunda, se unge toata suprafata cu unt moale, apoi se fac pe ea opt taieturi de la margine spre centru, lasand la mijloc un fisc avand diametrul aprox. jumatate din cel al discului initial netaiat.</li>
<li>Se aseaza portiunile de aluat una peste alta ca in 1468 si se lasa aluatul pentru 1-2 ore la loc racoros nu la frigider, apoi se intinde o foaie pana la grosimea de 5-6 mm, se impatureste in trei sau in patru,dupa care se intinde din nou o foaie foarte subtire, de doua ori mai mare decat tava in care se coace placinta si se taie in doua, formand doua foi potrivite pentru suprafata tavii.</li>
<li>Una din ele se aseaza in tava unsa, se pune deasupra umplutura de carne sau alta compozitie dorita, se intinde si apoi se acopera cu cealalta foaie, dupa care se lipesc marginile apasand cu degetele. Se unge pe deasupra cu ulei sau cu unt topit si se introduce placinta in cuptor, unde se tine pana se rumeneste.</li>

<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li>Carnea macra, din pulpa sau spata, se sareaza putin si se pune la fript intr-o tava cu ulei si putina apa in cuptorul bine incins. Cand carnea s-a rumenit se intoarce, iar dupa 30 min se adauga morcovul,ceapa taiata subtire, usturoi si boabe de piper.</li>
<li>Intre timp se intoarce friptura, iar daca scade sucul de carne, se adauga din cand in cand cate putina apa, stropindu-se friptura cu acest suc din tava.</li>
<li>Friptura este gata cand s-a rumenit pe ambele parti; daca totusi se considera ca nu este suficient de moale, se acopera cu un capac sau cu o hartie alba unsa ca sa nu se arda, iar cand sosul este scazut se mai adauga apa si se continua frigerea pana ce friptura se fragezeste complet.</li>
<li>Cand este gata se scoate, iar sosul impreuna cu legumele se strecoara prin sita. Friptura se taie in felii in momentul servirii, astfel se usuca. Se serveste cu diferite garnituri ca: piure de cartofi, spanac, fasole, cartofi prajiti, varza calita.</li>

<h3>Mod de preparare</h3>
<ol>
<li>Se taie carnea, maruntaiele, carnatii si costita in bucati egale, se sareaza, se pipeaza si se frig pe gratar. Creierul, dupa ce a fost curatat, se impacheteaza intr-o foaie de hartie unsa cu ulei si apoi se pune pe gratar.</li>
<li>Ciupercile se curata, se sareaza, se presara cu piper, se stropesc cu ulei si se frig tot pe gratar. Rosiile se frig pe gratar fie intregi, fie taiate in doua daca sunt mai mari.</li>
<li> Dupa ce s-au fript, se aranjeaza toate pe un platou, se pun deasupra rosiile si ciupercile,  iar peste muschiul de vaca se poate pune cate o bucatica de unt proaspat. Pentru un aspect mai placut, platoul se garniseset pe margine cu frunze de salata verde.</li>
